No Idea Why You Pile On The Pounds? Here’s The Harsh Truth!

Time and time again people come to a personal trainer with the story that they’ve no idea why they gain so much weight, and they don’t eat that much, and so the story goes on. We’ve recently put up some information about balancing calories and how to burn them off in the easiest way with home cross trainer equipment.

There’s no point in beating around the bush, you gain weight when you eat too much, relative to the activity you undertake. To put it politely, if you eat the same as someone else, and they cycle to work every day while you sit in the car in traffic (maybe with your Starbucks latte), you’re going to gain more weight than them.

You might want to argue, but its a simple law of the universe – energy cannot be created nor destroyed under normal circumstances, and that includes getting fat. Harsh but true!
