Getting fit can be fun with our approach of making our activities games first and exercise second. It’s common knowledge that boring long sessions in the gym on bikes and treadmills is a recipe for the death of motivation and a return to the couch potato lifestyle you’re trying to escape from.
So, why on earth do we all do it? We sign up for gym memberships, spend a week actually attending, then starting to make the excuses for why we’ll leave it until tomorrow, or need to go and do the shopping first. Before long our feet are up every night again, stuffing pizza into our mouths and piling on any pounds we might have been lucky enough to lose.
Well, it’s time for that to change!
